Flitz.ai is not an accounting app. It is one AI system with 36 modules that runs a whole company: accounting, invoicing, payroll, time tracking, CRM, recruitment, HR, projects, email, team chat, documents, a website builder, a webshop, forms, training, a password manager, IT management with antivirus, GDPR and uptime monitoring. On top sits one AI assistant that sees the whole company: ask it who is off sick today or which receipts are missing this month, tell it to prepare the MWST report, and it answers and acts. Built Swiss-first. The product exists. This round turns it into a business.

The first version is built: all 36 modules

Everything above runs in production today, from the Swiss accounting engine with bank reconciliation to the CRM, the website builder and the team chat. The system runs our own company every day, and it was built without outside capital.

Traction is building through referrals and contacts

The first external companies are onboarding, brought in by referrals, direct contacts, early reference users and steady SEO work. There is no sales team and paid acquisition is not yet running at scale; that is deliberate at this stage.

What the seed funds

Bootstrapped to here with a founder and two developers, we can keep going on our own, but organic alone is slow. The seed buys speed: distribution, engineering depth, and a Swiss-resident AI inference pilot. The full numbers are in the deck behind the access gate.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Between The Mejlerö Company GmbH, Engelberg OW, Switzerland, operator of Flitz.ai (the "Discloser"), and the person identified in the signature block below, acting for themselves and for the investment firm they represent (together the "Recipient").

1. Purpose. The Discloser will give the Recipient access to confidential materials concerning a potential investment in Flitz.ai (the "Purpose").

2. Confidential Information. All information made available through the Flitz.ai investor area or otherwise in connection with the Purpose, including the pitch decks, financial figures, plans, projections, technical and commercial information, whether marked confidential or not.

3. Obligations. The Recipient will keep Confidential Information strictly confidential, use it only for the Purpose, and not disclose it to any third party except to its own professional advisors who are bound by confidentiality duties at least as strict as this agreement.

4. Exclusions. Information that is or becomes public through no fault of the Recipient, was lawfully known to the Recipient before disclosure, is lawfully received from a third party, or must be disclosed by law or by a competent authority.

5. No further rights. No licence, partnership, or obligation to invest or transact is created by this agreement or by the disclosure of Confidential Information.

6. Term. The obligations under this agreement apply for three years from the date of signature.

7. Return. On the Discloser's request, the Recipient will delete or return Confidential Information, except where retention is required by law.

8. Governing law and venue. This agreement is governed by Swiss law. Exclusive venue is Sarnen, Obwalden, Switzerland.
